Phase V Expansion & Available Sites
The Blacksburg Industrial Park Phase V Expansion will add an additional 70 acres of developable land to the park. The Town of Blacksburg is in the process of extending Commerce St. to serve the Phase V Expansion lots. Road constructions is estimated to be finished sometime during the summer of 2011.
